Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes. A consultation allows us to examine your skin, understand your goals, review your health history, and create a personalized plan that is genuinely right for you. We believe in knowing our patients.

Can I receive treatment the same day as my consultation?

In many cases, yes. Treatments may be performed the same day as your consultation, when appropriate, allowing for a seamless and efficient experience.

How do I know which treatments are right for me?

During your consultation, we take the time to assess your skin, listen to your concerns, and make recommendations based on your unique anatomy, skin type, and goals — never a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Annie Milovancev, FNP-C

Founder

Annie founded The Concierge Clinic with a passion to provide exclusive, curated aesthetic treatments and products of uncompromising quality, supported by science, enhanced by experience, and designed for safe, effective outcomes. She values the inner health and beauty of her patients just as much as the outer and has built a reputation for her artistic eye and clinical approach in achieving natural, customized results.

As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Annie graduated summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati. She has over 25 years of specialized nursing care experience in the areas of critical care, dermatology, and aesthetics.

She has served as the National AAEG PRP/PRF/PBF Trainer of the Midwest for the past eight years, is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) with PSNCB, and continues to stay current in the advancements and innovations of regenerative aesthetics and wellness.
Annie’s commitment to excellence and exceptional customer service is the gold standard of The Concierge Clinic. Every detail, from scheduling and consultation to the specific team she has selected, has been carefully considered to enhance the client’s Concierge experience.
When she is not working, Annie loves sharing life with her husband and children, entertaining family and friends, and enjoying a bubbly glass of Champagne.
