By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this Site immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Concierge Clinic. Your continued use of this Site following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date noted above.
2. Nature of Services — Medical Aesthetic Practice
The Concierge Clinic is a boutique medical aesthetic practice. Services offered include, but are not limited to, injectables (neurotoxins and dermal fillers), advanced skin treatments, Esthetician services, wellness therapies, and Concierge dermatology coordination. All medical aesthetic services are performed by or under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
IMPORTANT: The information on this Site is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No provider-patient relationship is established solely through your use of this website. A formal provider-patient relationship is established only after an in-person consultation, completion of required intake forms, and mutual agreement to a treatment plan.

The content on this Site — including treatment descriptions, FAQs, before and after images, and wellness information — is educational in nature. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider who has evaluated you in person. 4. Scheduling, Appointments & Cancellations
Scheduling an appointment through this Site or through any linked scheduling platform constitutes an agreement to the following:
A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a scheduling fee as posted in our Scheduling Fee / Late Cancellation / No Show / Late Arrival / Refund Policies.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling at our discretion.
Prepaid services and scheduling fees are non-refundable unless a cancellation is initiated by The Concierge Clinic.
We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or discontinue services to any individual at our sole discretion, including but not limited to clinical contraindications or safety concerns.
5. Informed Consent & Treatment Authorization
Prior to receiving any medical aesthetic service, you will be required to complete a comprehensive intake and informed consent process. This includes disclosure of your health history, current medications, known allergies, and prior aesthetic treatments. You acknowledge that:
All medical aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks, which will be discussed with you in detail during your consultation.
Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual anatomy, health status, lifestyle, and biological response to treatment.
Booking an appointment online does not constitute consent to treatment. Consent is completed in-office prior to service.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health history information. The Concierge Clinic is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as posted on our scheduling platform. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Published pricing reflects starting rates and may vary based on treatment complexity, product used, or clinical assessment.
Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by applicable state law. They have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Medical aesthetic outcomes are inherently individualized. Before & after images displayed on this Site represent the results of specific patients under specific circumstances and are not a guarantee or warranty of similar results for other patients. Results depend on factors outside our control including, but not limited to, patient age, skin type, medical history, lifestyle habits, sun exposure, and biological response to treatment.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and brand elements — is the exclusive property of The Concierge Clinic or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our content may constitute infringement and may be subject to legal action.
9. Before & After Photographs
Before and after photographs displayed on this Site are the property of The Concierge Clinic and are used with patient authorization. These images are protected by copyright and may not be copied, downloaded, redistributed, or used without express written permission. Patient privacy is protected; no identifying information accompanies published images unless explicit consent has been provided.
10. Privacy Policy
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including information submitted through contact forms, booking platforms, and email communications. By using this Site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Online scheduling is facilitated through a third-party scheduling system. The Concierge Clinic is not responsible for technical issues, data breaches, or service interruptions attributable to third-party booking or payment platforms.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 14. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of this Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, unless prohibited by applicable law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
